Elite Producer Plan: The plan is designed to meet the unique retirement needs of a business owner. In order to qualify you need to meet the following:

• At least $1.5 million of Fixed Annuity premium per plan year with ING USA
• At least 5 cases per year with ING USA, and
• At least $200K net income ($300K if married filing joint tax return) per year for the prior 2 years & a reasonable expectation of earnings at this level in the upcoming year.
